There are four chambers, two combustors for friendly environment in waste incinerator. There will be no smoke, no smell, no pollution after be burning.

1.primary combustion chamber
It is a pyrolysis gasification process, which decomposes the organic matter in the waste into combustible gas.
2.second combustion chamber
The temperature of the secondary combustion chamber is controlled at 850-1300 ℃, and the residence time is more than 2S.
3.mixture of combustion chamber
Turbulent combustion can eliminate black smoke and peculiar smell. Dioxins and other toxic and harmful substances are inhibited from the source.
4. smoke purification chamber
It is for dry tail gas purification and acid gas filtration
5.chimney
it can cool down the tempreture of gas.

Main features
1) Both gas-motivated and oil-motivated are all can be preferred according to customers’ needs.
2) Gasified incineration is used for burning syringe, paper waste, bandage, absorbent cotton and other medical wastes.
3) Daily waste can be burned once by gasified incineration.
4Gasified incineration, mixed incineration and burnout treatment ensures low emission standard of dust (lower than International standard).
